Bell Tower Foundation Awards $4,000 grant to AYSO

On November 7, 2008, The Bell Tower Foundation launched its “Community Grants Program” by awarding a $4,000 grant to the AYSO Region 630’s VIP Program. Nick Alivojvodic, Executive Director of The Bell Tower Foundation presented Pat White, Region 630 Commissioner with the check that would be used to fund this special program aimed at giving special needs children the opportunity to play soccer. The AYSO VIP Program is designed to provide a quality soccer experience for children with special needs whose physical, mental or emotional challenges prevent them from successfully participating on mainstream teams. The AYSO Region 630 program has almost 50 players that make up 5 teams of different ages. VIP players are not required to pay the AYSO registration fee.
