On-line registration for the Winter 2003-2004 RSM/Tesoro Winter Basketball Season will begin in mid June and run through September. RSM/Tesoro NJB serves Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch and its surrounding communities and schools including Arroyo Vista, Castille, Chaparral, Los Flores Elementary, Tijeras Creek, Wagon Wheel, Los Flores Middle School and Newhart Middle School.
