The Bell Tower Foundation is a community foundation serving the RSM and south eastern Orange County communities. The Bell Tower Foundation's mission is to promote and support the cultural, recreational and human service needs of southeast Orange County. The Bell Tower Foundation is located at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center.
